Produced exclusively from the Syrah variety, it reveals the enormous potential of this variety in a special and challenging climate that only Serpa provides.
Wine made with grapes of the varieties Antão Vaz, Arinto and Sauvignon Blanc grown in vines subject to the Integrated Production Regime. Fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperature with addition of selected yeasts. It is citrus, very aromatic with salient notes of lime and tropical fruit. The taste is the aroma, with freshness and elegance. Ends alive, smooth and with good persistence.
