Produced exclusively from the Syrah variety, it reveals the enormous potential of this variety in a special and challenging climate that only Serpa provides.
Created to commemorate the distillery's 200th anniversary, Santa Teresa 1796 Ron Antiguo Solera is aged in French Limousin oak solera system. Portions are aged more than fifteen years, resulting in a mature and decadent spirit. Beginning with aromas of caramel, honey, walnut, and oak, the palate introduces toffee, mocha, and coconut. The finish is long and complex, evolving through brown sugar, tropical fruit, and chocolate.
It is the love and experience of the Maestros roneros that makes this Añejo 7 Años so delicate. The very slow aging in oak barrels is accompanied with a passion that brings forth a truly superior and unique rum, the very best in terms of quality.
Obtained exclusively by alcoholic fermentation of the fresh cane sugar cane and its subsequent distillation having been trained in French oak casks for 3 years.
