This liqueur from Castelão is the result of intense work shared between the vineyard and the cellar. the vineyard was
accompanied and pampered at all times so that the income did not exceed 1500
liters/ha and the grapes arrived at the cellar in a healthy state and ideal maturation. At the Adega, a
“own” vinification for this product, different from what was usual in other companies in the region.
