Produced exclusively from the Syrah variety, it reveals the enormous potential of this variety in a special and challenging climate that only Serpa provides.
Made from grapes from an old vineyard, with traditional Alentejo grapes such as Arinto, Roupeiro, Fernão Pires, Trinvadeira das Pratas and Malvasia Rei. These grapes, after manual harvesting, were selected, only being used the ones that presented the best. After slight crushing, they were fermented with complete tanning (presence of all grapes) for 29 days, at a temperature of 14ºC. The presence of the films and grains during the fermentation process transmits to the wine unique characteristics, which carry us to sensations already forgotten.
