Produced from grapes of the Trincadeira (40%), Alicante Bouchet (20%) and Aragonez (40%) varieties with fermentation developed by indigenous yeasts, aged for 36 months in used French oak barrels (5 years), 12 months in stainless steel vats and 3 months in bottle. This is the second of three tests in which, using the same grapes, we vary the aging times in barrels, vats and bottles, as well as the percentage of varieties.

An elegant, stylish nose of marmalade, Crema Catalana, cocoa and malt. Plenty of vanilla and a sprinkling of winter spice (nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon) alongside a mouth-watering hint of aniseed.
Clear wine, purple, aromas of blueberry and cherry, with mineral notes and graphite.Intense, fresh and spicy, with a long and vibrant finish, revealing the wholeaging potential.
Dark fruits (raisins), lots of sherry, honey and oak. Smooth flavor with a fruity start, some oak, nuts, spices, tasty, pleasant. Soft, medium-length finish.
