Produced exclusively from the Syrah variety, it reveals the enormous potential of this variety in a special and challenging climate that only Serpa provides.
Antique gold colour. Deep earthy aromas of sweet ripe fig and orange marmalade create a backdrop to bright notes 'fresh gooseberry and grapes ripening on the vine. Rich, spicy cinnamon and crushed black pepper rest on a deep earthy base. Caramelised fruits, crystallised ginger, raisins and hints of dry oak unravel. A satisfying, silky smooth, almost oily texture. Dry with warmth that fades into sweet marmalade notes.

Clear, golden color. The nose is characteristically Lagavulin with the sweet smoke that explodes on the nose with a little more brine than the other expressions.
Aged in barrels that already contained Caribbean rum, it is characterized by its surprising finish. The four months spent in Gran Reserva rum barrels give this Single Malt very distinct aromas and flavors: an intense, sweet and floral aroma of vanilla with a hint of banana.
