Produced exclusively from the Petit Syrah variety, it emancipates its enormous versatility in adapting to all types of soils and climates, allowing us to make excellent wines. It reflects the strength of desire and the dream of being able to work with a wide range of grape varieties, producing superior quality wines with the unique characteristics of the Serpa terroir. After careful vinification, it aged for 12 months in new American oak barrels. With an intense ruby color, it presents aromas of ripe black fruit, vanilla and well integrated into the whole toasted notes. Great concentration and volume in the mouth with a long and persistent finish.
