The result wine is inky in color with rich, ripe licorice, mocca chocolate aromas with follow to dense flavours of plum, vanilla bean and cassis. Complex oak characters underpin the palate, helping to maintain a rich plate with loads of flavor, ripe tannins and long finished.
Very intense red color with violet reflections. Intense aroma, showing its fruity, floral, spicy side and with a slight menthol contributing to its aromatic lightness.
Ruby color. Notes of cherry jam and vanilla and slightly spicy. Deep 'bouquet, well combined fruit and with a persistent finish. Evolved but still lively.

Syrah and Alicante produced on strong soil of Beja contrast in a concentrated profile where the notes of black pepper and plum are integrated in the toasting of the oak barrels. The mouth is long and very soft.
With a deep ruby color, it has an intense aroma of forest fruits with notes of spices, which demonstrate the good maturation of the grapes from the main red varieties planted in the Transmontana region.
