Produced exclusively from the Syrah variety, it reveals the enormous potential of this variety in a special and challenging climate that only Serpa provides.
A wine produced in the Península de Setúbal, with a blend of the portuguese grape varieties Fernão Pires and Arinto with the internacional grape variety Chardonnay, grown in the calcareous limestones soils. The grapes are gently pressed to extract the finest juice, part of which ferments in new oak barrels. The result is a full-flavoured dry white wine with hints of oak, that add structure to the palate, with a crisp zespy finish.
