Produced exclusively from the Syrah variety, it reveals the enormous potential of this variety in a special and challenging climate that only Serpa provides.
The Irishman Single Malt Irish Whiskey comes, surprisingly, from Ireland. It's a triple distilled expression which is aged in both sherry and bourbon casks for over 10 years before bottling. Light and fruity on the nose. A little hint of liquorice pops up, as does crumbly vanilla fudge. A classic pudding of peaches and cream with a sprinkling of crushed up biscuits and almonds. Fairly long, with oak cropping up near the end. Superb! A cracking Irish whiskey.
Bushmills Black Bush Irish Whiskey combines a high amount of malt whiskey matured in former Oloroso Sherry casks, with a sweet, batch-distilled grain whiskey.
Jameson Original is a blend of fine grain whiskeys that is as versatile as it is soft. Triple-distilled and aged for a minimum of 4 years, this is the time whiskey turned green bottle on an icon.
