After the manual selection of whole bunches, the grapes were destemmed and fermented in a press with mechanical treading at a controlled temperature of 24-28º for 15 days. The wine aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
The Syrah is produced from the best batches of that variety each year resulting in a final lot which matured for 16 months in French (50%) and American (50%) Oak.
